Apr 14, 20224 i've been facing this issue for the last 9 months or so, where whatsapp web app would show in arabic instead of english, which is the preferred language in my browser settings (firefox). Whatsapp web does not work with firefox 47.0.1 on windows 7 64-bit os. I have tried making it work after disabling the add-ons and restarting firefox in safe mode, yet this did not resolve the issue either.
