According to the graph and comments at downdetector, there's a spike in the number of people having issues either getting into youtube or playing videos without buffering. Youtube.com is down right now. It's been outsourced and degraded to the point where it's now pretty much useless. For several days now, whenever i'm on youtube just watching videos the platform will run very noticably slower and sluggish, sometimes video playback will even freeze up for a few seconds.
